Bear School Hours
Arrival: 8:00 am - 8:30 am
Tardy bells rings at 8:30 am
Dismissal: 3:25 pm (kindergarten)
3:30 pm (1st-5th)
Our school is Kindergarten thru 5th grade. We became a magnet school in 1996. We were previously "Bear Elementary". We have a full time Science Lab Teacher, Physical Education Teacher, Music Teacher, Artist in Residence, Counselor, Technology Teacher, Librarian, and Reading Coach. Most of our students transfer to Floyd Middle Magnet School or Baldwin after leaving us.
